How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages sent in the evening, on a weekend or on a statutory holiday are answered on the next business day. If it can't wait, call (236) 300-3322 during office hours.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Please book a time before you come in. Our Surrey, Edmonton and Courtenay offices are set up for meetings by appointment, so booking makes sure someone is ready for you.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Most meetings happen by video or phone, so you can work with us from anywhere in British Columbia and Alberta. Your free 15-minute call can be by video or phone, whichever suits you.
Which office should I choose?
Choose the one closest to you: Surrey for the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, Edmonton for Alberta, and Courtenay for Vancouver Island. If you're not sure, pick "No preference" on the form and we'll match you.
