Your mail, kept safe for you
Mail addressed to your business comes to our Edmonton office, 3-1004 Parsons Rd SW. We keep it sorted and stored for you, separately from other clients' mail, until you or your representative picks it up.
By default, we never open a letter addressed to you. On the Complete plan, you can sign a separate written authorization that lets us scan your letters into your client portal. We use it only for that, and you can withdraw it in writing at any time. Without scanning permission, we let you know mail has arrived, as your plan sets out, and keep it sealed for pickup.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain time. See the Edmonton office page for the area we serve.

Book a free 15-minute callA mailing address is not a registered office
A mailing address is where your post goes. Your corporation's registered office is a legal address with its own rules.
Registered office in Alberta
Every Alberta corporation keeps a registered office on file with the Corporate Registry. According to alberta.ca, it must be a physical location in Alberta where legal documents can be delivered, and a separate records address must also be in Alberta. If mail isn't delivered to the registered office, the corporation also gives a mailing address.
A change of registered office is filed within 15 days; we can file address changes for you. Whether our address can also be your registered office is something we confirm with you on a free call, before you sign. Check the current rules on alberta.ca; this is general information, not legal advice.
What a mailing plan doesn't cover
- It isn't automatically your registered office or records office
- No office space, meeting rooms or coworking: for a place to work, rent a private office
- No packages, unless you add the small-parcel option; larger parcels are refused or returned to the sender
- No opening of your mail without your separate written authorization
Read these before you sign
The full terms are in your agreement. These are the points people ask about most.
12-month commitment
Both mailing plans are billed monthly on a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.
Setup fee
A one-time setup fee in the first month covers onboarding and setting up your account. There's no separate annual fee.
Letter volume
Up to 15 letters a month are included. Letters beyond that are billed at our handling rate, which we confirm with you in advance.
Packages
Not included. Small parcels up to 1 × 1 × 1 foot are a paid add-on, held sealed for your pickup and never opened.
Pickup
You or an authorized representative can pick up mail during business hours. Photo ID may be needed, and holding limits may apply to mail that isn't collected.
Portal access
On the Complete plan, portal access is tied to your active plan and may be paused if the account falls into arrears.
Business address, answered
How much does an Edmonton business address cost?
Mailing plans from $2.50 a day (Standard) and $5 a day (Complete), billed monthly on a 12-month commitment, with a one-time setup fee from $99. Private offices from $900 a month. Prices in Canadian dollars, before GST. We confirm yours before you sign.
Can I use the address as my corporation's registered office?
An Alberta corporation's registered office must be a physical location in Alberta where legal documents can be delivered, and it's on file with the Corporate Registry. Our plans give you a mailing address. Whether our address can also be your registered office is something we confirm with you on a free call, before you sign. Check the current rules on alberta.ca.
Do you open my mail?
No. By default, we never open a letter addressed to you. On the Complete plan, we scan letters into your client portal only after you sign a separate written authorization, and you can withdraw it in writing at any time.
Can I receive packages at the address?
Packages aren't included in either plan. Small parcels up to 1 × 1 × 1 foot can be held for you with an add-on from $50 a month, and they stay sealed until you pick them up. Larger parcels can't be accepted and are refused or returned to the sender.
Can I work or meet clients at the office on a mailing plan?
No. The mailing plans don't include office space, meeting rooms or coworking. If you need a place to work, you can rent one of our private offices at the same address, which come with shared access to a conference room.
Can I list your address as my business location online?
No. Using our address for mail doesn't let you list our Edmonton office as your own location on online maps or public directories. You can give it as your mailing address to the CRA, banks, suppliers and customers.
What's included with a private office?
Utilities, key or fob access, business internet with separate guest Wi-Fi, and shared access to a conference room. Mail handling, a greeting for your visitors and other Finvo services can be added at extra cost. Private offices from $900 a month. Prices in Canadian dollars, before GST.
