Secure chat and email with your accountant
Chat in the client portal is the secure way to talk with the team that works on your file. Ask questions, answer ours and keep every conversation about your taxes and books in one place. Email is fine for general questions, but anything personal, such as your SIN or tax slips, belongs in the portal.
Talk to the team that knows your file
Your messages go to our team working on your file, so you don't have to explain your situation again. The whole conversation stays in the portal next to your documents, so you can scroll back to what was said last month or last tax season.
- Questions about your books, your return or a CRA letter
- Answering our questions about a transaction or a receipt
- Telling us you've uploaded something, so we can look at it
- Anything that includes personal details, like your SIN
